Brief Answer:
AAT or spirometry

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you asking in HealthcareMagic,

I can understand your concern

I think is AAT test which is related to COPD

Usually in patient in young ages Alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) testing is used to help diagnose alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency as the cause of early onset emphysema or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) when the patient does not have obvious risk factors such as smoking or exposure to lung irritants such as dust and fumes.

While if we have a smoking or ex smoking subject over 40 years we use Spirometry with bronchodilatator test for evaluating COPD

Hope this will be helpful for you

Take care
