Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
A granuloma is a pathological lesion characteristic of some infections. Calcified granuloma is mostly seen in neurocysticercosis and sometimes in tuberculosis, in XXXXXXX population-in common clinical scenario.Calcified means 'healed' granuloma.
Although termed as healed,it can cause seizures in some patients.
Your treatment history mentioning 'zenoxa' indicates that you probably has a history of seizures.
Treatment depends on the symptoms. If no symptoms, then one don't need treatment for calcified residual granuloma.
Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
Regards
