What Is Meant By "bilateral Hydrosalpinges With Delayed Loculated Spillage"?
Get a hysteroscopy done
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..
HSG report means you have fluid in the tubal cavity which is causing some obstruction in the tube.. This may affect the ovum from entering the tube during fertile period.. Also indentation over the uterine fundus can be a septate uterus..
I would suggest to get a hysterolaparoscpy done.. Hysteroscopy helps to detect any septum and if so the septum can be resected. By laparoscopy the external appearance of the tube , XXXXXXX spillage and any adhesion can be assessed.. If there is any block tubal cannulation can be done..
Following this procedure, you can conceive by next cycle if everything is fine..
Hope I have answered your query.. feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
