Thyroid peroxidase (TPO), is an important enzyme involved in the multistep thyroid hormone synthesis.
In your case both TSH & Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Titre Serum is high .
Elevated TSH and Antithyroid microsomal antibodies were considered the gold standard for the diagnosis of chronic autoimmune (Hashimoto's) thyroiditis.
If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advice you
levothyroxine sodium 25mg in morning &
Multivitamin syrup zincovit twice daily.
To start medication consult your doctor and discuss about this.
