It includes excision of vaginal vestibule and perineoplasty. So part of tissue aroind your vaginal opening and ureteral opening is removed and reconstructed by few stiches. Outcome is great, your genitals looks almost like before surgery and from outside nothing is noticable until labia minors are spread. Pain usually disappear soon.wish you good health.
