What Is The Brown Circular Lump On The Penis Shaft?
Question: I have a brown circular lump on the outside of me penis shaft. It doesn't hurt and isn't causing irritation what could it possibly be? And should I send a picture of it for better analysis
I think that you should post an image and also mention if it was present right from birth or whether it is of recent onset. Also mention if you are sexually active. Post a direct question to me or reply in this thread and I will help you out.

I have looked at it closely. I think that the possibility of a sexually transmitted disease needs to be excluded first before considering other options as a possibility of the lesion. Since it is present since birth, it needs to be assessed without delay. Direct examination of the lump is also needed to be done. I insist that you visit a doctor and get yourself evaluated.

But the fact that it was not present since your birth and that it appeared while you have been sexually active, calls for an exclusion of the possibility of Genital warts due to sexually transmitted disease as a cause of the penile lump. There are other less serious conditions like Peyronie’s disease which can be subsequently considered. Molluscum contagiosum, a viral condition, is another possibility for which I mentioned examination to be required.
