Brief answer....You need to consult a gastroenterologist as early as possible.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern very well.
Four years is really a very long time for you to have suffered from burning sensation in your stomach. The fact is you can not keep on taking medicines like PANTOPROZOLE,because there are definitely longterm side effects of this medicine like diarrhoea, deficiency of VIT B12,osteoporosis,hip fracture due to osteoporosis etc.
there can be various causes for your burning sensation in stomach like...
Gall bladder stones
Esophagitis
GERD ( acid reflux disease )
Stomach ulcer
Hiatal hernia
Esophageal cancer
And sometimes even heart condition like angina can mimic heart burn.

I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist and get the investigations like ultrasound abdomen, endoscopy ( visualisation of inner side of your esophagus and stomach by a instrument having camera ) to arrive at the proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
Till you consult a gastroenterologist,do the following..
Stop fatty and spicy foods.
Stop alcohol and smoking,if any
Take light dinner around three hours before going to bed
Consume more of fresh fruits and green vegetables
Avoid constipation by drinking more of water and doing regular exercises.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
