Brief Answer:
Polypectomy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. You need to get polyp removed by hysteroscopic. Procedure is called hysteroscopic Polypectomy.

2. You also simultaneously need to undergo laparoscopy to remove endometriosis.

3. Both procedures can be done simultaneously by procedure called hysterolaparoscopy in which both problems can be tackled.

4. Your AMH is normal. Dont worry.

5. I suggested hysterolaparoscopy since its one year and you have not conceived. You need to get the endometriosis and polyp removed.

6. You have good chance of pregnancy naturally.

7. Meanwhile get your husband's semen analysis done.

Brief Answer:
Hysterolaparoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

First get your husband's semen analysis done. Then decide about IUI.

IUI with normal semen analysis and you has about 15 percent success rates.

Hence I suggest get semen analysis done first and then hysterolaparoscopy before deciding IUI.
