Brief Answer:
PLAN OUTLINED

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the details.
Since your cycles are irregular, it is difficult to know when you ovulate.
In your case, I would suggest the following -
1. Take daily folic acid tablets
2. From your next cycle, go for follicular monitoring. This would include scanning of uterus and ovaries starting from day 9 of cycle, every alternate day till ovulation is confirmed.
This way you can pinpoint best days for having intercourse in order to conceive.
3. If 3 cycles of follicular monitoring fail inspite of ovulation that is documented, get an HSG done to check if the fallopian tubes are open.
Once you proceed with this amount of workup, do revert so that I can suggest further plan of action accordingly.
Do not stress out, you are quite young, and you definitely will conceive soon.
All the best
