Brief Answer:
Mostly it could be planter fascitis

Detailed Answer:
hello XXXXXXX
I have studied your case and I believe that you are having planter fascitis. In this disease there is abnormal bone in the heel called as calcaneal spur. This bone causes pain and swelling in the heel. I have following suggestions for you.
1. Get x ray of the heel to find out how big calcaneal spur is there in your heel.
2. Use soft foot wear or ready made silicon insoles to avoid pressure on heel.
3. Hot water fomentation twice daily is helpful
4. If pain is very severe then you can get steroid injection in the heel. It will take care of the inflammation. This injection can be repeated after 3 months.
5. Off and on pain killer like Brufen is allowed.
as far as thigh pain is concerned it is not related with this condition. It is mostly due to nerve compression in the spine. I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine. It will tell us how severe is the compression of the nerve. Treatment can be decide according to that. Most siotherapy. patients do well with physiotherapy.
it is good that you are taking Methylcobal and vitamin D3, I would also suggest you to take Pregabalin tablet after discussing with your doctor.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if you want to ask any other questions.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
some time bone may be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
If x ray is not showing any bone growth it means that there is no mechanical pressure in your heel so prognosis of this disease is good in your case. I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine and follow all advises which I have given .
I believe that you will have good pain relief. it will take at least 15 days though as inflammation take time to heal.
Let me know if there is any followup question.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Pregabalin for 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can not tell you about doses at it is against the rule of Healthcare magic. As far as duration is concerned Pregabalin and vitamin D 3 should be taken for 3 months. Methylcobal can be taken for much longer time. As it is water soluble vitamin and it does not cause any side effect if taken for longer time.

Thanks.
