Question : Hi,
I am married man,suffering premature ejacultion since my marriage. I am not sure I have this problem before marriage or I have realized it after marriage. I have musterbating since school period. I have completed 3 years of my marriage. I am unable to control my ejaculation. Please give me some permeate solution without side effects.

Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

Premature ejaculation/PE can be handled relatively well with sex counselling along with

1.Application of desensitising creams like Super Secret.

2.Topical application of Lidocaine jelly on and off for short period of time.

3.Short term use of Sildenafil 25 mg on and off prior to sex.

4.Stop and Squeeze technique requires mutual co operation of the couple.

These aforesaid drugs are relatively free of side effects especially when taken for short period of time.

Please note all the above drugs have to be taken under strict medical prescription.
