Brief Answer:
yes do test again
Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks fir writing to us.
Pseudomonos aeruginosa is hospital acquired infection.
It can be difficult to eradicate it fully.
If you have given full treatment as per antibiogram and still she has that secretions, my advice would be to do a repeat test on the secretions to see if the bacteria is cleared or persisting.
There is no need to change laboratory.
If persistent, you may need to give her antibiotics as per the new antibiogram. This bacteria is notorious in becoming resistant despite treatment.
Don't worry.
Treat for 14 days or longer until the culture is negative.
Wishing her speedy recovery.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Meropenem and amikacin
Detailed Answer:
I would suggest a combination, preferably meropenem and amikacin.
Leukocyte is white blood cell , bodys response to infection.
Even if single leukocyte is present, because culture is positive, treatment is required.
