Can be treated.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen all the reports. There is tubercular lymphadenitis which needs to be treated with anti tubercular medicines. The shivering and loss of grip in the left hand can be due to cervical spondylosis or Koch's spine as her nerve conduction study is normal. An MRI scan of the cervical spine will help in the diagnosis.
Both the problems are curable with proper treatment. The brain scan is suggestive of minor age related degenerative changes which are not worrisome.
I hope this answers your query.

Thanks for the valuable suggestion. We have already done with MRI Scan for cervical spine attaching you the same.
But the current doctor who is treating her suspecting on the brain CBD or some metabolism levels in brain . Is there any chances like that. The last page of the PET CT scan (written by hand format) they have mentioned it seems.
Attaching the relevant scan and xray of spine.
Nerve compression at cervical spine.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The cervical spine MRI scan clearly indicates nerve root compression at C5-C6 which is causing the left arm weakness.
Brain CBD or metastatic lesions in the brain are less likely. You can get a repeat scan done after 6 weeks to see the progress if any.
Hope my answer is helpful.
