Question: hi doctor.. i have been suffering from frequent urination little at a time and urge to urinate even after urinating cannot complete the bladder fully and feel like leaking of urine ..no pain or burning sensation what might be the cause?i am 24 yrs old male and suffering for past 4days

Thanks for writing to us.

Frequency of urination and a sensation of incomplete evacuation is suggestive of urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis. Urine routine that reveal presence of above normal pus cells and protein in the urine suggests infection.

If it is actually a urinary tract infection, then you need antibiotics to treat your problem.

Meanwhile,
1. Avoid acidic fruit juices like lime juice, orange juice, etc.
2. Plenty of cranberry juice.
3. Drink plenty of water.

The aforementioned measures will help in reducing the symptoms
