Question: What ingredients are in Lyrica? I have to take a monthly urine test at the pain clinic and failed 3 times for Diazepan. could Lyrica trigger this on my recent tests?

I can understand your concerns.

Lyrica contains pregabalin. It is a non-narcotic.
It does not give a false positive result for benzodiazepines (xanax, klonopin, diazepam etc.)

I donot think lyrica is affecting your test results.

Hello, Thank you for your answer. I have uploaded all my meds,additionally I take supplements with gaba and whiskey (aids with constipation) . Could any of these be throwing my urine tests askew?

You take xanax. This could have caused a positive drug test for benzodiazepines.

Dear Doctor, I may have found the devil, the same physician had prescribed Oxycodone 10mg about a year and 1/2 ago, I will take a couple on extremely days, but know the methadone in my system cancels it out. Could this be doing it?

most probably yes.

Hello again.

Methadone and oxycodone belong to same opioid class. Methadone does not block the effects of oxycodone at usual doses.

This most probably has interfered with your drug test.

Other drugs which are can cause false-positive tests for benzos are amphetamines and sertraline.
