What Is The Diagnosis Code Number For Adjustment Disorder?
Question: What is the diagnosis code number for Adjustment Disorder? I have a client who was born blind, and previously diagnosed with Autism (Asperger's). I have no idea what his IQ is. But, he has never learned to read or write from his blindness. The agency just placed him in a group home with all deaf people. He has no one to talk with except the care givers. I have been working with him, using tactile surfaces, no one has every shown him tactile. He seems to be very intelligent! He does have depression (or situational Depression), I did perform a Beck's Depression Inventory test. This was not fair to him because many things he cannot visualize. Can you please help with the diagnosis? Thank you
