Brief Answer:
Both are corticosteroid nasal sprays.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Both are corticosteroid nasal sprays. Both has almost same effects. Studies have shown that fluticasone is superior to flunisolide in efficacy.

For allergic rhinitis this is prescribed for long term. If it is controlled by combination of anihistamines like levocetirizine and mast cell stabilizers like monteleukast then better to avoid corticosteroids. Some get allergic attacks seasonally. In that case periodic use only needed. Those who have severe symptoms long term use is needed. A follow up with your ENT specialist while using this is well appreciated.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
