7 ml of Bacigyl N twice a day would be right for a child of 13 kg. However, the mainstay of treatment should be ORS (oral rehydration solution) and unless there is bloody stool, medicines like Bacigyl N are not required and irrespective of antibiotics it will take 3-5 days to recover.
