Brief Answer:
Yes the dose can be increased.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

Quetiapine is an antipsychotic drug that helps in good sleep also. You are on 50 mg Librium and 100 mg Quetiapine and still the sleep is not proper. In such case you can think of increasing the dose of Quetiapine to 150 (100 SR+50 mg tablet) and this should help in good sleep. If sleep problems persist then dose can be increased further to 200 mg per day. The drug is a safe drug and doesn't cause dependence so there is no need to worry.

Please discuss with your doctor for prescription of increased doses.

Thanks, Take care

Brief Answer:
Clonazepam can cause tolerance

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Yes persistent continued use of Clonazepam results in development of tolerance. You can take 50 mg Librium but keep the tablet use on SOS basis only.

Quetiapine is known to cause weight gain. The drug can help you to come out of benzodiazepine dependence.

Thanks
