Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

No, Dogmatil does not cause neuroleptic malignant side effects. If your patient is experiencing increasing (CPK) levels despite treatment, it is important to reassess the diagnosis and consider alternative causes. Elevated CPK levels can be indicative of muscle damage or other medical conditions, and it is crucial to rule out other potential causes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
