Brief Answer:
Continue 20 / + Life Style changes / Repeat / Then add if necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your doctor has added Fibrate to the Rosuvastatin (Rosuvas to Rosuvas F), because the triglyceride ia bit higher… Fibrtaes have a better effect on triglyceride, less on cholesterol…
Either of them will be alright…

In my opinion, Rosuvas 20 mg is necessary… At 20, your LDL is just above normal…
In the presence of established heart disease, LDL of 70 should be the aim. Unless there is a problematic side effect, the initial dose is preferable. Also, statins have effects beyond cholesterol – like plaque stabilisation and antioxidant properties

You also need Life Style Changes …
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Healthy FOOD is a must. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese/ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.

Repeat the test in 2 to 3 months. .. Full 14-hour fasting is necessary for correct assessment of Triglyceride. Add fibrate, now, if necessary, depending on the results

Good luck
God bless you
