Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and reports.

Normal ranges: Vitamin D = 20 - 50ng/ml
Vitamin B12= below 200 pg /ml can get symptoms.But older adults get symptoms even though between 200-500pg /ml.
Calcium= 8.5- 10.2mg/dl or 2.2-2.7mmol/l.
Magnesium= 1.7 -2.2mg/dl.
Dosages of supplements needed for patients are mentioned below.

Patient A:
Magnesium in border line so can supplement in 50mg/day.
Calcium supplement 1.5g
Vitamin B12 : 500-1000 microgram per mouth daily for 1 to 2 year.
Vitamin D3 1000 IU per day or 8400 IU weekly.

Patient B:

Calcium 1.5 g daily in 3 divided doses.
Vitamin D3 1000 IU daily or 8400 IU weekly.

Patient C:

Calcium and Vitamin D3= Calcium 1.5g + vitamin D3 400IU daily.
Vitamin B12 1500 micrograms daily.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Thank you for your consultation.
I have a question.

My Vitamin D3 level was 23 ng/mL and my GP prescribed me 25000IU twice a week for 1 month. Patient A's D3 level is only 10 ng/mL but you are recommending only 8400IU weekly? Is it more effective to take a lower dose for a long period or a higher dose for a shorter period will achieve the same?

Also could you please state for all Patients (A,B and C) how long they should take D3 and B12 and when they should consider having these tests again to check their levels?

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

About your vitamin D3: you can go with your doctors prescription. You can select any of these. As vitamin D is stored in liver it is ok. You can check after 2 months and 6 months. If it is again low you can go with weekly 8400.

You can also get sun light exposure in the evening when intensity of sunlight is low for getting vitamin D.

For patients A B C vitamin D3 and B12 can checked after 3 months.

Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
