Brief Answer:
4 injections enough only if on day 1 Rabies Immune Globulin was also given

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
As per the 4 injections schedule

A person who is exposed and has never been vaccinated against rabies should get 4 doses of rabies vaccine - one dose right away, and additional doses on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th days. They should also get another shot called Rabies Immune Globulin at the same time as the first dose.

If you have not taken the Rabies Immune Globulin and because Turkey might have a higher risk for rabies therefore you can taken the 5th injection on 5th January 2015.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
