Do not worry.
It is normal to have such a pimple like swelling on the foreskin after a circumcision. It is the place where sutures are taken during the surgery and the skin mucosal junction gets clumped up.
It does not usually cause any problems with function or sexual life.
If at all it causes any problem then you should consult your GP or a Surgeon who can examine you and let you know if anything is required to be done.

I was circumcised when I was born I'm 26 years old now. The lump is in the skin I can and it's hard with a dark colored center

I dont think you need to worry about it,
It looks like an insect bite with a scab of a small clot in the Center.
It does not look cancerous at all.
You can wait and keep the area clean and dry at all times and it will resolve within a few weeks or so.
If there is pain then I usually advice my patients a course of antibiotics like Linezolid 600mg twice daily and anti inflammatory medicines like Diclofenac or Ibuprofen for a week and the swelling will then come down and decrease the chances of a secondary infection.
It is a temporary problem and dont get stressed about it.

So it is then confirmed that it was a scab formed due to a blood clot which would have formed due to some injury to that area.
It looks healthy and you dont need to worry.
I would advice that you give rest to that area for a few days and it will get healed up.
Its on the way to recovery and you just need to keep it clean and dry. You can apply Soframycin ointment to keep it away from infections.

Now iv got these raised red spot on the head of my penis along with the hard lump on my forskin they are all painless do not hurt or itch do you have any ideas what this could be iv had the same looking spot on the head of my penis about 2 months ago and it went away but now it is back with another spot

Do you have any swelling in the groin areas?
Did you indulge in any unprotected sexual activity in the past 4 to 6 weeks?
I suggest you get an appointment with the Dermatologist or Venerologist. He or she would be best suited to advice you whether anything needs to be done. I would usually advice my patients for a VDRL test and other screens to rule out Sexually transmitted diseases though this does not look like one.
But the best person to tell about that would be a Venerologist and also as to what antibiotic drug regimen you should follow if at all.
So please see a Dermatologist or Venerologist to be sure and get the blood investigations done. Even if it is an STD, it can be easily treated with early and prompt antibiotics.

No swelling in the groin and i have had sex but its been with the same partner iv been with for 3 years she just curently had a yeast infection but i have no pain or no itch
