Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for your query, an elucidate history and clear pictures.
Noted that you were operated for fistula in ano with supra-sphincteric abscess on 3 Sept 2016. And the care your taking.
Today is 9 th post op day and the wound looks fine with healthy granulation tissues. You are travelling on 21st Sept abroad, hence worried whether the wound will be haled by them. This is 9 more days to go.
Wants to know how much time will it take for healing and any foods which can help healing fast.

In usual cases it takes about 2 to 3 weeks for complete healing in most of the successfully operated fistula in ano cases. The wound is created in such a way that the healing should first occur from within far before the skin wound closes so that the chances of recurrence are nullified
So, 9 more day to go. This wound may be well healed or nearly healed so that you may go abroad.
Take multivitamins with Lycopene and/or ginseng as it helps in faster and better.
You may get these from the Pharmacy nearby.
I would not really advise you to change your diet as I would like you to have normal stools, which is very important for early healing of the wound. Changing the diet can have changes in stool consistency or frequency.
You can sure add fruits and fruit juices which suit you the most.
Continue regular diet.
Continue Lactifiber to keep stool soft.
Continue the wound care as before.

I hope this answers your query and helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries of you feel that there is a gap of communication.
