Brief Answer:
Depends on your Child Pugh score

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail
The Child-Pugh-Turcotte (CPT) classification system is a widely used and validated way to estimate prognosis in those with cirrhosis.

The classification is as follows
Child-Pugh (Child-Pugh-Turcotte) Classification

Criterion      Score 1 point      Score 2 points      Score 3 points
Serum albumin (g/L)      >35      28-35      3 mg/dL)
Int Normalized Ratio (INR) 2.2
Ascites      Absent      Controlled medically Poorly controlled
Encephalopathy      Absent      Controlled medically Poorly controlled

The total points is calculated from blood reports and clinical condition

A score of 5-6 is class A (life expectancy 15-20 years); a score of 7-9 is class B (life expectancy 4-14 years); a score of 10-15 is class C (life expectancy 1-3 years).

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Thanks for your immediate reply. I have gone through your answer for my query. It seems that the reply is made not based on my attached blood and scan report. The classification (CPT) report values seems to be general one. Hence i request you to send me the reply for my query based on my blood and scan reports.

Thanking you
