I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern, and would explain that if you are chest-pain-free (no cardiac ischemia symptoms) and you have a compensated heart failure (no shortness of breath during your daily activity, also no frequent exacerbation of copd, than your life expectancy seems to be much better.

I recommend you to periodically consult with your attending cardiologist for always keeping up-to-date your cardiac therapy and also with your pneumologist for checking your pulmonary function.

If you could provide your uploaded performed tests, I could give a more professional opinion on your medical condition.

What is your actual therapy?

I am at your disposal for any other uncertainties.

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
