What Is The Necessity Of Tread Mill Test While Having Normal Coronary Angiography?
Question: I tested positive in the thread mill test and I performed CAG in Feb 2014 at AppolaHospital XXXXXXX but found no blocks. Now the Dr requested me to go for treadmill test. If it is positive, shall I have to undergo CAG again.

The CAG diagnosis is Normal Epicardial Coronary Arteries with Mitral Valve prolapse(MVP) with tribal mitral regirgitation.The colestral levels are within permissible limits. I go for walk for 40 minutes everyday with diet restriction. My BP is normal. How I long I have to take Ecosprine AV 70/10?

Its usually functional in origin.
LIkewise MVP is usually asymptomatic ,but it needs to be followed up every 6 months.
Ecosprin is usually prescribed on lifelong basis.
