Brief Answer:
You have normal level of creatinine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Normal level of serum creatinine is177-230umol/kg/d.
Your both value is lower than that. So you don't have any chronic kidney disease. However you have diabetes and hypertension so you have high chance of kidney disease long term. You should go for regular urine microalbumin level. It will give early sign of rensl impairment. Right now no need to worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

HI again Doctor,

Thank a lot for your interest and your prompt reply.

I just want to clarify because the test in our country shown the normal result between 0.7 to 1.36 mg/dl and 61.88 to 120umol/l . so in my first test I was normal 97.24 umol/l and today is 138 which is more than 120 umol/l level .

and alost one month I have bone pain . by the way my urine test is ok.

Thanks again for your support doctor.

Best regards from Doha,

Brief Answer:
Its only slight high according to your range.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Even if we consider your range, your creatinine level is only slightly high. So its not an indicator of chronic kidney disease. You should go for repeat test after a month. Also go for GFR and urine microalbumin. Because as I said earlier you have high chance of kidney disease. Diabetes and hypertension both affect your kidney adversely. So you should monitor your kidney function closely. But right now no need to big worry. No any treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer you again.
