While there are some indices of your semen analysis which need improvement, it does not look too bad. Your sperm concentration is well over the lower limit of normal, and what the report indicates is that the motility is not as good as it ought to be. The overall morphology is spetm is also reasonably good in that we are OK with a sperm morphology of over 4% and in your case it is 7%.( This is assuming that the lab has used what we call strict criteria, as they seem to have dome).
What you can do is get an ultrasound scan of your scrotum which might pick up lesions like a Varicocoele which often us the cause of reduced sperm motility. You can also have a few basic endocrine tests done which include
1. Serum total testosterone
2. Serum FSH, both Ideally at 8am in the morning.
Once these reports are available we will be in a better position to advice you.

We can wait for the reports and see if you need any medications.
Some patients are put on empiric treatment with what we call 'nutraceuticals'. They are mostly vitamins and minerals and usually do not cause an harm. Whether they cause benefit is open to debate. If you are keen on starting medicines, you can try these. There are several brands and many are available as over-the-counter medicines, while some may need prescription like Paternia / Popson / Lycopene / CoQ etc.
Once we have an idea of the FSH report, we will be in a better position to advice you.
Another important aspect to note is that we should ideally never depend only on one semen analysis report. Ideally, you should get another semen analysis done, preferably at a centre which specializes in semen analysis, at least one month after the first report, and this should be done preferably after 3-4 days of sexual abstinence.
