Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
xarelto contain rivaroxabin. It is a blood thinner. It can be use for prevention of blood clot. It interact with warferin. Both when used simultaneously can cause bleeding. So you should not use both drug togather.

Before use of xarelto you should thes thingsIin mind.
you should not have artificial heart valve, no active or ununcontrolled bleeding, no spindl defect, no allergy to the drug.

You can use it once a day or twice a day according to need.

Don't use along with aspirin or warferrin.

It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
