What Is The Small Hard Lump On The Underside Of Scrotum?
Question: Hi I have a small lump which is hard on the under side of my ball sack/scrotum, wen squeezed it has pus an then a little blood after the pus has been squeezed out, wats the cause of this as it has appeared for no reason

I am so sorry to hear about this hard lump that you have reported. I will like to know for how long this has been going on as it would be very important in making the right call and treatment recommendations.
With pus coming from it, it is clearly an infection. This could be a folliculitis or an abscess that has never been fully treated and thus recurring. I will recommend that you stop puncturing it with pins as this could be the same reason for repeated infection.
WHile awaiting a response from you, am of the thinking that you would most likely need antibiotics to get this infection controlled coupled with strict personal hygienic practices Cleansing this area with Iodine antiseptic lotion would be of great help as well. Finally, consider sending an image fro review as well.
In all, a possible infection that would require drugs for complete eradication. Step usp personal hygiene as well.
