What Is The Suggestible Thyronorm Dosage For Controlling TSH Level?

Question: I take a thyronorm tablet 150 mg daily for hypothyrodism. It has been 2 years after my pregnancy that I am continuing the same. I had taken a TSH test which showed 1.10 in the month of October last year. I took a TSH two days ago on fasting. It reflected 0.11 which is the cause of my concern. I want to know how much mg should I be taking now to keep my TSH score under control. I am planning for the second pregnancy hence I am concerned. Please advise.
Brief Answer:
Need to know FT4 as well.
Detailed Answer:
dear XXXXXXX Hi! the answer to your query would have been very simple that is reduce the dose from 150 make it 125 and repeat test after 6 weeks. but as you are planning second pregnancy, I would suggest take a FT4 test first and let me know then I can suggest what you should be doing to your dose of thyronorm. regards!

Thanks a lot doctor for your quick resolution. I knew 125 mg would have been the apt for me for a dose. My concern was if the TSH is not normal on 125 ?. Please suggest if I can go for 125 mg for a month and then take a test for full thyroid profile and get back to you?. Let me know your suggestions.
Sure, I will do the same. Thanks so much Doctor!
Brief Answer:
That is ok
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX ya that can be done, start 125 from tomorrow, repeat test full profile TSH and FT4 after 1 month or if you confirm your pregnancy, whichever is earlier and let me know. regards!
