Brief Answer:
Type 1 diabetes.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Me. XXXX, hi! sorry to hear about XXXXXXX he is suffering from type 1 diabetes. please do not waste time over anything and take him to endocrinologist at your place. he needs insulin urgently else he will land up with diabetic ketoacidosis and require hospitalization. i am based at jaipur if you think you can bring the child over to me. Regards! as of more tests , yes you would require some to rule out thyroid and celiac disease . but right now most important is controlling blood sugars. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, you have done a great job. insulin is the only answer, no medicines work at this age. no acupuncture no Ayurveda no homeopath only insulin. usually insulin does not have any side effects. you need to learn insulin administration and blood glucose monitoring. it will be lifetime requirement of insulin. but medicine is rapidly evolving , may be we have different answer to Type 1 DM 5 years down the time line. Regards!
