Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern, and would explain that the drugs you have taken have show their effects withing the next coming 12 hours and the next day. The effects will go away the next morning.

You are at high risk of low blood pressure today. I recommend you to stay in bed and take plenty of fluids (3-4 liters during the day), to avoid low blood pressure and increase the renal excretion.

If you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, I recommend going to the ER for a proper treatment.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
I recommend you to monitor your blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

There is no reason to worry so much!

Just take plenty of water during the day.

The first next 12 hours are the most important. But you may be dizzy up to tomorrow, due to low blood pressure.

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and have some rest.

Best wishes,
Dr. Iliri
