Brief Answer:
Colitis - typhlitis and as explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The most probable cause of the pain in right lower abdomen as per the description and history that you have noted can be as follows:
Typhlitis/colitis of the cecal part of colon.
Appendicitis.
Stone in the right ureter.
Complete hysterectomy means if the ovaries too are removed then the cause of pain can not be attributed to the pain.
The best way to get a very proper diagnosis is as follows:
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon.
X-ray and ultrasound of abdomen; CT scan if indicated.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Further tests as and if indicated.
Getting the correct diagnosis is the key to the correct line of management.

I hope this answers your query.
Please feel free to give more detailed history, ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication and give feedback too.
With Regards.
