My answers...
1. she is still not able to eat solid foods, only liquid items she is eating. Is it fine? by when she can eat normal foods?
A. when the chemo effect goes she can have normal food again. Till then she can take nutritious liquids.
2. What is the risk in bone marrow transplantation for both donor n recipient?
A. For donor there is practically no risk. Recipient can have multiple complications. The effects are like that of an amplified chemotherapy. So risk of infections, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, bleeding are quite high in the first three weeks. Life risk is about 5-10%
Please go through the following webpage for more details.. http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/Therapy/bone-marrow-transplant
3. How promising is the bone marrow transplantation?
A. For intermediate and high-risk cases, BMT gets better disease control than only chemo. It can save additional 10-20 lives out of 100 cases.
4. What is the success rate in transplantation?
A. if chemo can cure 50 out of 100, BMT may cure 70 out of 100.
5. Is there chance to get the disease again?
A. Yes, after only chemo 40 out of 100 may recur and after BMT 20 out 100 may recur
6. She got red spots n hair loss? When she will get back?
A. red spots will go away when platelets are normal. Hair will start coming back one month after completion of treatment and will take 3-6 months for complete recovery.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Post the transplantation, how long hospitilization is required?
Is Medication necessary after complete treatment? If so how long is required?
In Case if we get the disease back, then what are we supposed to do? How risky it is?
see below
Detailed Answer:
Post transplant 3-4 weeks stay is usual.
Medications go on for around six months after transplant. Longer if required.
Yes, disease relapse is very serious. If transplant not done earlier then should be done at that stage.

Mom's WBC increased around 3400. Doctor said she is all fine. They have stopped the consolidation injection today (total they have given 6).
Doctor told mostly coming Tuesday we can get discharged, then seeing the transplantation matching he said we can do the transplantation else will do high dosage treatment.
Thanks a lot Doctor for all support.
1. In case if match does not happen, how will be alternate treatment done? Does that also has any risk and side effects?
alternate treatment by high dose cytarabine
Detailed Answer:
I think the doc has already given one cycle of this. If no transplant then another two cycles of this
side effects are like chemotherapy
