Hi, Welcome to HCM,
Yes, there are many STD (sexually Transmitted Disease), which can involve Urethra and prostate called tract infection.
Gonorrhoea is one of them. Caused by gram negative diplococci and characterized by scanty purulent discharge from urethra in men. Some non gonococcal and chlamydia infection can cause tract infection.
In LGV (Lymphogranuloma venereum) can also cause non specific tract infection rarely.
On the other hand most tract infection are non STD and very commonly caused by E coli.
