If she is acting normal and feedin gweel - Do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi...If the baby is feeding well without consistent vomiting and acting normally, moving all her limbs freely and is consolable, you need not worry.
First be reassured that your kid is normal. I will suggest you danger signs of head injury -
1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
If none of them are present, I don't think you should worry about this trivial head injury.
If you feel she has pain - you can give oral Paracetamol in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose(max ceiling dose 500mg) every 4-6th hourly.
Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.

Suggestion on trivial injuries
Detailed Answer:
Hi...By what you quote - that she is sleeping comfortably - I do not think anything serious is happening in the brain.
Secondly - rib fracture is an extremely painful condition and every time the baby breathes the pain will be excruciating. The baby would not be sleeping like this with a rib fracture.
If, even after she wakes up - she is consistently vomiting or is very irritable and inconsolably crying - then I suggest you take her to the nearest emergency room. Otherwise you can be rest assured.
