How many DOLO 650 did you take? If it is less than 5 in a day, it is not a problem at all.
Dolo is Paracetamol and that must be broken down in the liver. If you have any liver problems, than even 5 can be a bad thing.
I suggest you to have plain water.
I do not think it is wise to take more medicine to cut the overdose of DOLO (Acetaminophen). Acetaminophen passes through liver for its metabolism. If you take anything other than water to prevent overdosage it may pass through liver again and more problems to the liver.
If you have taken many of them, you need to get to a doctor or an emergency room soon.

I was sorry for not being able to attend to an emergency. You should have taken her to Emergency. How is she doing now? Find out the reason why she took so many tablets and address the reason. She may repeat it if she had suicidal tendency. It is very important and she needs therapy if she has intentions.
25 DOLO can damage the liver to a large extent it can cause acute liver failure and encephalopathy. If all is well by now you should make sure the liver is not damaged further. Toxins, infections and un necessary medications would affect it and deteriorte further in next three months.
