Im XXXX and one month ago i had a sex with a prostitute and i feel like i have been infected with hiv since my condom broke while sex and i fear that stds affected me so im confused and depressed because i feel like im having the symptoms but no very sure . So what im suppose to do now ?

-If prostitute is registered in some groups, you can contact that group person to check the status of the prostitute. If she is negative you are worry free.
- If you do not trace that prostitute. I want to ask you that which test you have undergone there are various tests which have been carry out. There are various methods available to test HIV. I mean to say by which method you have been tested ELISA, Tridot, P24, PCR etc? Can you upload the photograph of the report with it?
-I can tell you that as you have passed one month only, there are only two tests that can tell you confirm diagnosis one is PCR & P24 antigen test. I think you can discuss one of the two test I mention with your doctor for you. Both are earliest confirmatory tests.
-I suggest you do not worry, because whatever happened is not going to turn back. Even in some cases even after breaking the condom case will coming negative, so can also happens with you.

The test done was elisa test . The results states negative but im still confused and depressed because i feel like something different i dont know whether because of my fear it appears like it . -I advice first you should go for PCR test and than think for AIDS. You are some what more paranoid with the situation. Do not worry in majority of cases even after unprotected intercourse people are not infected with the HIV.
- Now I am covering your concerns one by one
1. If suppose some person is infected with HIV than they get the symptoms as you have read it on the internet that is flu like symptoms or you can say a symptoms that you have when you infect with other virus. It also include fever, headache, malasie, fatigue. etc.
2. But loss of weight and swollen gland wont appear earlier. It happens when HIV will overcome one's immunity and he/she develops immunocompromised disease (Opportunistic Infections like Tuberculosis).
3. flu like symptoms will disappear after a few days and you will be complete normal untill you go immunocompromised. Exact CD4 count at which ICs develop is not defined it depends on the individuals health, their immunity etc.
-No taking the ART will improve ones life, It improves CD4 count. You will live normal life as your other friends are living.
-You can visit the Psychiatrist also they guide you for your current situation.

I went a STDs test this month and its states that my HSV1 viral load is three times higher than the normal positive range (my range were 33.2). Will this higher viral load will cause anychanges in my body . Will this cause anything else . Because i used to play football twice or three a month in indoor football. So i played for 1hours and 30 mins . Usually when i play i feel normal but this week when i play i feel very different . I got exhausted after sometime which usually hapen with me and i feel the exhausation at the neck .
Which week or month will be the accurate time to do the PCR or P24 test to get accurate results .?

As you have recommended for PCR or P24 test for hiv , i asked my family doctor and she said there is 6month window period so she said not to do the test now and ask me to wait for 6 month and do the test . And i also have tried other places in my locality but i could not find the test you told me . So next month i have planed to fly XXXXXXX for check up because from the incident i feel something not well within me . And also my wife also having symptoms like me . So im totaly worried too much . I have plan to fly to XXXXXXX apollo but it will be my third month of the incident so if i do the test will it be accurate or i have wait to do the test ?

I have attached the photos you asked for . And i have shown the neck picture with my finger point and touching the nerve which is sometime being hard or something unusual feel .
I went to ENT doctor and he have given me some antibiotic and also he said i got lots of phlegm in the throat and also mouth ulcers . I also asked him to check the lymphnode he said its fine . In the picture only the lower neck as point by my finger said to acting different feel .
