Question: I accidentally poke myself with a diabetic needle, should I be concerned about it?

I have gone through your query. Just rub some antiseptic on the area. If the needle had poked any one who is hepatitis B/C positive or HIV positive there is risk of acquiring it. Then also the chances for spread are less. Otherwise you don't need to worry.
