Question: Hi Doctor's, I am looking suggestion for my wife, we want to plan now, what all necessary steps shall we both have to take.

As you are planning for conception -get investigated for rubella IgG, HIV,HBSAG, HCV, TSH & free T4 -Start taking tab folvite as advised by your doctor -If all investigation reports are normal, have intercourse during fertile period- on 11th, 13th, 15th & 17th day of periodic cycle.
