Brief Answer:
Take antacid gel and tab.pantoprazole 40 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

After PTCA i.e. stenting in coronary artery, this medicines Atocor, Ecosprin, Plavix, Telma, Nebicard should be continued as per your medical conditions.

From above all, Tab.Ecosprin has a side effect of acute gastritis(the reason of acidity) and Tab.Nebicard has a side effect of headache by its vasodilatation effect.
You must take ecosprin with food and never on empty stomach.
You can take any of NSAID(preferably Diclofenac 100 mg as an when required basis) with food to get rid off headache and take antacid gel(digene gel 2 TSF with meal) and Tab.Pantoprazole 40 mg once or twice a day as per your symptoms intensity.

There is nothing to worry about because this side effects may occur but by the time it will get subsided by itself or some precautions.

Hope you will understand very well now.
