Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

You need to clarify about FSH or TSH value. Hormonal medication takes time to regularize your monthly cycle. Irregular bleeding is a common side effect.

However, you should continue MODUS as per your doctor's prescription. Along with, you can take Tranexamic Acid (like TRAPIC/ PAUSE) to arrest bleeding. It will be more helpful. Bleeding will stop within 3 to 5 days after taking combined therapy. Maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, I have answered your query. If you don't have any other query, you can close the discussion.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Dr Soumen

Brief Answer:
LH VALUE IS NORMAL.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for clarification.

Normal LH value is 1-20 IU/L during reproductive years. It is quite NORMAL and will be higher prior to ovulation and after menopause.

You should start COMBINED therapy (MODUS and PAUSE) to arrest bleeding. It will be more helpful.

Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.

All the best and good luck.

Brief Answer:
AT LEAST 5 DAYS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for query.

You should continue MODUS for 15 days as per your doctor's prescription. TRAPIC (500 mg) should be taken TWICE daily for at least 5 days to arrest heavy bleeding.

Hope, it helps for you. Wish your good health.

Hello,

Thanks for additional query.

Hormonal medication takes times to arrest or control irregular heavy bleeding. MODUS is quite useful in this condition. You should continue minimum 7 to 10 days to get effective result.

SIDE EFFECTS: Headache, abdominal cramp, irregular spotting, change in appetite, dizziness, weight gain, backache, decrease libido etc. However, it is well tolerated in therapeutic dose for short period.

Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for query. I give you some clarification.

First, we need to stop or arrest heavy bleeding by MODUS alone or COMBINED therapy (TRAPIC and MODUS) as bleeding continues more than 10 days. MODUS will be continued as per your doctor's prescription up to D15.

You will get a withdrawal bleeding within 5-7 days after stopping MODUS and it will be considered as NEW period cycle. Then, you can start KRIMSON-35 for the treatment of PCOS from D1 of cycle or as per your doctor's suggestion.

Your blood reports are quite good. You should take LOW carbohydrate diet, do regular physical exercise for weight control and maintain genital hygiene.

Hope, I have clarified the thing according to your condition. Kindly, consult with your Gynecologist for further management.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
