Question: today i am going to do my folical study today is 9 day .my peeiod is started 13 july .my question is this i want to have sex 12 to 24 hour how i came to now my exact timing with folical study.i really wanted to now my exact time ovulation time i already have girl baby now i trying second baby so thatsway i trying closer to ovulation so i cant get male baby

I understand your concerns about infertility.

you have good chances of pregnancy as you already have a baby.

I suggest you try for having sexual Intercourse every 24 hours once your follicular growth scan shows 18 mm or more size of follicle.

Unfortunately no methods can predict you for sure whether you are going to have male baby.
It is not possible to predict sex of baby.

dr.my main question is this what is the closer time of ovulation.if folical study dr says my egg is rupterd that means i am near the ovulation.i need that 12 to 24 hour so i can relation with my hubby.pls tell which language they will use for that

Hi,

First they will say when follicle is nearing 18 mm or has crossed 18 mm. Then request them to give inj. HCG 5000 IU which is used to rupture the follicle exactly after 36 hours of injection. You can have sexual Intercourse after 36 hours of injection.

If you dont take hCG injection you can use ovulation strip called isure which is another way to detect ovulation.

Without any of these it is difficult to time the ovulation accurately.

dr.i had my folical study yesterday it was17.5mm and today evening dr said egg is rupture and endomatrum is 9 just now i did opk also but my opk test showed negative i am very confused which one is right my last 2 month cycle is 32 before it was 28 i have already one baby i am planing second baby now but i want exact ovulation time (12 to 24 hour) pls help me its very urgent

Ovulation has occurred considering the Ultrasound scan as it is more reliable. Opk is positive 36 hours before ovulation.

Starting today next 5 days are best days to try for pregnancy. Have sexual Intercourse everyday.

dr.i had sex yesterday with my hubby can you please tell me after folical is rupture how many hour or days i have to do sex actually i am little bit confuse because my cycle is 32 days last 2 month according to the calendar i have to ovulate 16 days but dr.said my folical is rupture on 13 days as per i already told you that opk also negative so it is normal .And i am working woman i have to go up and down so many time so do you thing i have to take any precaution now? sorry to keep asking you same question actually my hubby is going out of country for 3 yrs next month so i dont want to loss any option .i attached my folical report also. thanks

Let me freeze his semen in an IVF centre before he flies abroad. You can use it for pregnancy at a later stage if you don't conceive.

dr.My gyn told me to take Tab.Duphaston 10 mg now can you tell me what for this medicine? actually first time i had miscarriage 4 yrs before after 6 month i again conceived but i was on sustan. but i dnt now why she told me to take this medicine. please tell me.
