Brief Answer:
Radiation therapy is generally started earlier. But can also start late. It

Detailed Answer:
hi and thanks for the query

radiation therapy can come after tamoxifen therapy. most of the time, when to start and the dosage or order of treatment options depend on your doctor's appreciation.

I think in most ideal cases radiotherapy is started earlier. I think however your doctor must know why he thinks it's really highly needed now.

thanks and kind regards as i wish you the best of health. please do feel free asking further in case of need.
