Question: my dog bit me wed small bit on hand. have i waited to long for tetanus shot i dont know when last shot was

When you are not sure of when you were immunized it is important to take complete immunization of Tetanus. Two doses of Tetanus toxoid 1 month apart.
Apart from it I would also advise you Rabies immunization even if your pet is immunized.

Tetanus Vaccine can definitely wait, but Rabies vaccine has to be taken at the earliest: sooner the better preferably on day of bite.
