I have seen the attached picture and would like to advise you chemical peels for your facial skin.
It will take 3-5 sittings depending on the response to first sitting.
It is very effective and will give awesome results.
As far as whitening of whole body is concerned you can have full body bleach and scrubbing on regular basis.
But if you find that cumbersome then you can opt for full body laser of fine hair which will lighten the skin colour and also brighten up too.
