Question: What is (are) the personality condition/disorder(s) that enables a person, (when shown IRREFUTABLE to the contrary), become even more entrenched in their erroneous position). Put another way, they "double down" on a losing hand, believe the earth is flat, swear that Russia didn't sabotage our election or think Trump ranks only second to XXXXXXX as a great President?

Though the information you provided in query is inadequate but if we have to put a person in personality disorder then most likely that person will fall in Cluster B of personality disorders.
